William Yeack

President

William Yeack is the current president of the Alumni Club of New York and has been a member of the board since 2011. Outside of the Club, William is the founder of Member.buzz, social platform used to better manage groups.

Sophia Latore-Zengierski

Vice-President

Sophia Latorre-Zengierski currently serves as Vice President on the University of St Andrews Alumni Club of New York. After graduating with a degree in English literature, she originally joined the board in September 2012 as Director of Membership and subsequently as Director of Communications. Professionally, she works a marketing manager at Bedford/St. Martin’s, an imprint of Macmillan Learning, responsible for their literature and business/technical writing lists.

Katherine de Giorgio-Miller

Director of Events

Katherine de Giorgio-Miller joined the board as Director of Events in June 2016 after graduating in 2013 with a degree in International Relations and Management and serving on numerous society committees including Vice President of the Law Society at St. Andrews. Today Katherine works in the enterprise technology sector, enabling companies to relocate their employees are the world in an easier, more efficient manner. As a committed alumni of the University, she is passionate about supporting both incoming students and families as well as alumni in the tri-state area.

Nicolette Damianou

Director of Fundraising

Nicolette is the Director of Fundraising of the Alumni Club of New York and has been a member of the board since 2013. She is a 2012 graduate of the University of St Andrews, where she studied International Relations. Nicolette currently works for a private intelligence firm in New York City.

Nathan Wang

Treasurer

Nathan currently serves as the board's treasurer.

Stuart Hartley

Stuart is a founding member of the alumni club, and served as the club treasurer from 2010-2015, during which time he helped manage the development of such annual fixtures as the May Ball Gala, Burns Night Dinner, and numerous other networking and social events. He currently serves as a senior board member and leads the club every year in New York's Tartan Day Parade.

Carson Woś

Carson Wos is the current Director of Membership of the Alumni Club of New York and has been a member of the board since 2015. Serving for an initial year as a member of the Communication sub-committee, Carson held the role of Marketing Assistant. Carson is currently pursuing her graduate studies, but brings three years of development and fundraising experience to the club from her positions across a number of internationally recognized contemporary art museums here in New York City. Kentaro Murase

Kentaro is currently the board's general counsel.

Susanna Horsey

Susanna currently servers as the board's social media director.

John Starr

John is currently serving as the board's director of Marketing.

Aron Wiegand

Aron Wiegand has been a member of the executive board since 2016, assisting with community outreach and fundraising. Aron graduated from the University of St. Andrews in 2013 with a Masters in Science. He currently works as a Research Scholar and Instructor within the Department of Psychology at SUNY New Paltz, and as a production associate at the Hillrock Estate Distillery.
